Located in the seaside village of Cinnamon Shore in Mustang Island, TX, the home is practical, casual and comfortable for multiple generations to enjoy.

State of the art sustainable technology has been provided in home automation, HVAC systems, water systems, plumbing, lighting and Energy Star rated appliances. All exterior materials and finishes have been chosen to minimize chemical invasions and promote good air quality. The finishes are durable, practical and require very little maintenance. In addition, most of the furniture has been made with recycled materials and the area rugs are made from natural fibers.

While the eco-conscious elements were a primary concern during building, the home’s casual and sophisticated coastal styling was also paramount. Bright hues of peach, coral, navy, teal and seafoam blend with rustic wood elements for a look that is layered and warm.
